   Normal Orders It normally takes 15 to 30 working days to reach majority of the world, but shipping time is greatly affected by factors beyond our control, like weather, post office delay, custom and etc. We couldn’t guarantee a timely delivery but will perform the best on our side.

   When your package arrives at local customs, customs clearance might take 5-10 working days without any update on tracking information. If your order‘s tracking information didn’t update in 15 working days, please contact your post office and notify us. We will follow up closely to track the parcel, and refund/ reship in the worst case.

   2.Special Shipping Line 

   Normally 7-15 working days not guaranteed, tracked, import duties excluded.

   3. Lost Package

   KOOLROKS will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit.

   Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

   4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
   The customer should be responsible to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not hold you responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.

You can either exchange it for a different product or we’ll refund your money — it’s totally up to you.    CREDIT OR EXCHANGE — 30 DAYS

   You may return merchandise for credit toward a future purchase or exchange for another item any time within 30 days of purchase. You may contact us by e-mailing us at koolroks@outlook.com . We will notify you of your credit or exchange, via e-mail, once we have received and processed your returned item.
